I was so sorry to hear of your mother's illness and death. She and I were in OR Tech school together and worked together at Baptist Hospital. She was a wonderful lady and very talented. I pray for strength and courage to help you and your family during these difficult times. Remembering the great memories together will help in healing the sadness and loss.

So sorry to hear of your mom's passing. As I told you when we worked together at the clinic, your grandmother and mine were both Winns and were kin. Your mom was in the office once and showed us your wedding pics. I am at the beach now but I have thought of you over the years. I remember her giving us those TB tests and remember Sandra from high school. I lost mine 4 years ago and I know how tough it is Jill. I will be praying for you and your family and hold those precious memories dear to your heart. May GOD wrap his loving arms around you at this time and comfort you,

Kathy was an amazing woman. She constantly inspired me with her wonderful attitude. I'm so glad I got to know her through the Open Door SS class. Your family is in my prayers.

I wish we had known Kathy for a longer period of time. We just met her at LUMC, Open Door SS Class last year....and had no idea she was living with this disease until last fall. Each time we saw her we just could not believe it...she was a strong woman who through her struggle showed a faith that could only be call genuine.....she truly knew that she was going to a better place. I drew strength through her example....I know you all are going to miss her....there is nothing we can say that will ease the hurt you are going through right now....but we will keep you in our prayers as you walk through to the this time.....be sure it will get easier...May the Lord of all keep you wrapped in his arms.

Your mother was an amazing woman. Thomas and I are so fortunate to have known her. I still remember Thomas stumbling up to your dorm in the middle of the night in college to eat something she had baked for you! (award winning cookies or cake I think!)
