Services for Charles Patrick "Chip" Louden, 49, will be conducted at 3:00 pm Saturday at the VFW Post 6740, 950 Rock-n-Creek Road, Leesville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Lung Association, 1301 Pennsylvania Avenue, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20004. Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Historic B-L Chapel is assisting the family.
Chip passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at his home. Born in St. Cloud City, Minnesota, he was a son of Lorraine Ahles Louden and the late Richard L. Louden. He worked in construction, was a US Army Veteran, and loved to sail.
Surviving are his wife, Trudi Glenz Louden, his mother, brothers, Tim, Chris and Steve, sisters, Patti and Barbara, nieces and nephews, also grand nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, and brothers, Michael and Tom.
